Dear Mr. Sandler,

On April 17, I went to your theater to catch the 7:30 showing of Nightmare at High School X. I arrived half-an-hour early, thinking this would give me enough time to get tickets, buy refreshments, and find a seat. I was wrong.

When I arrived, the ticket line stretched down the block. The box office has three cash register positions, but there was only a single employee in the booth. The line crawled.

When I finally got my ticket, I went to buy refreshments. Here again, there was a long line and only one employee to serve customers. By the time I bought my bucket of popcorn and got to my seat, I had missed the start of the movie. Furthermore, the popcorn was stale.

I’ve been coming to your theater for years and would like to continue doing so. A pair of tickets and refreshment coupons might make up for this bad experience.

In addition, I would also respectfully suggest that you try to hire some more people to better ser ve your customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Tracy Boyle
